Reflexology

Reflexology was known to be practised in ancient times in Egypt, Greece, India and China, and continues to be practised to this day. In 1914 William Fitzgerald introduced this therapy to the West and in 1960 Doreen Bayley introduced Reflexology into the UK.

Reflexology treats the whole body through reflexes in the feet or hands. These reflex points relate to specific organs in the body. Using a series of gentle non-invasive pressure point stimulation techniques, blockages are cleared and the free flow of vital energy allowed to stimulate the immune system and promote natural healing.

The treatment induces deep relaxation and calming effects. Holistic antenatal and postnatal care is known to benefit mothers and babies.

Reflexology is a safe treatment appropriate to people of all ages.
